Just wanted to relate a great Customer Service experience I had, and thought the Pro forum was the right place.
I received an FTS-150 with an apparently defective part. I posted a question about it on the Advice forum. Andy Lundberg contacted me and sent replacement parts via FedEx. The replacement works great.
I'm a newbie when it comes to tile and tile tools; I had never heard of Felker before I (well, my wife, actually) discovered this forum and started asking about recommendations.
I am a woodworker, however, and have purchased a few cast iron beasties for the shop. I know that customer service departments in large corporations often leaves a lot to be desired. It's sad to say, but these days just getting a response isn't guaranteed once you've spent the money.
But Andy saw to it personally that the problem was resolved, and Felker's Michigan Sales Manager has been in touch to follow up.
So to those of you who recommended Felker, I say "thanks". A company that stands behind its products deserves a big "thumbs up".
