Could you shift the tile down to eliminate the skinny tile in the bottom of the layout without making a skinny at the cabinets and the stove? It looks like you have enough to do that and it also looks like it won't make any other tiles skinny. Years ago I had my kitchen tiled and the installer left a similar sized skinny at the doorway and I notice it every time I walk in the kitchen now.

If that doesn't work, I'll always think it should have.

Just remember to consider your toekick depth in the layout. We sometimes forget that when doing a plan view layout of a tiled area since there's that cabinet overhang. It's not that big of a deal, but sometimes it looks awkward to have a grout line right beyond the true base of the cabinets under the toekick. It's hard to tell from your picture, but it looks like you placed the grout line just behind the cabinet faces, which means it could be just in front of the true base?
