I originally thought the job was going to be an easy one....then it doubled in size. The original job was very flat with a 2% grade. The additional footage was definitely not flat...hence the grinding. Somewhere in the process I got it in my head that the floor had a 7% grade...
If I had to do it over again....NO SLOPE, NO GRINDING and self leveling delivered by a pump truck...

you have to have the slope towards the exit. If you eliminate it, you will have water problems...
