new tub, ordered another model in the ho price range,. this one showed up ($$$ ) better finish, deeper, wider. Got it to fit notching and sistering the back wall studs to tuck about a inch. Way better the building out the whole wall ($$$). dad roughed the new valve in copper, raised the head for tall people. Set it in mud bed, no subfoor work needed, just little drywall repair outsidecorner. PL urethane the corners i always do it, waterproof rg. set everything in VB (non MF under CBU on floor, 317 i think? leand not to use MF never get it off the subfloor without ruing it, tons of labor, and never had any failer from CBU to SF bond.
only bathroom and on buget, so no time or money for fancy work on the surround. new base, the HD vanity combo you cant beat for basic, taller toilet.

I set those at third offsets, tile too bowed for half. TCNA and tile manufacture really don't like it anyways!

Finished another stacked stone mailbox in Seminole, Florida
Stone was Suncrest Stone "Flint River" ledge
I had a travertine & black granite tile water-jet for the house number.

That looks really good, nice work on the numbers too.

Ive been looking into the dec, stone stuff to dress up my home. And I want to sling some mud and workoutside. Is there any codes on building thinks like that close to the road? , well in WNY snowplows would hit that thing for sure on the rural roads we kinda dont do anything nice that hard to fix, or reset.

Same Shaker Heights Ohio job
2nd floor bathroom . Parchment finger joint glass in the shower, along with Parchment 4"x12" subway glass tile on the walls. We had to have Laticrete custom make a linear drain because of structural issues. The shower floor is river rock and the bathroom floor is plank tiles
