You can have all the knowledge of install but if your business skills are weak, you are destined for failure. I know I wasted many years early on "giving work away" being a newbie and falling prey to the general contractors games.
I wish they would have more business types of seminars at Coverings and other trade shows.
These podcasts help with the business side of the business. Anything you can do to make yourself more profitable is a good thing.

I too was not charging enough early on. My accountant sat me down and gave me some advice and helped me understand the business side of the business. Wish there were podcasts back in the day.

Tile Podcast Introduction

Very cool. I listen to a lot of podcasts and do find benefit in many other trades related info. This being tile specific though, feels a bit easier to digest. Iíve already shared it with a friend who desperately needs encouraging in this tile world.
