Cement floor needing patching

I am re-doing my basement bathroom, and thought you guys would deff know the proper way to patch it in.

If you look at the pictures i need to fill in a large area about 1-2" deep and around both drains its deep.

Wondering what kind of concrete i should use for this and do i need something to etch the floor for it to stick? There is really nobody left at the home depot to ask anymore especially with everybody trying to distance themselves.

After i patch it in i am going to do the entire bathroom with self leveling cement(never done that before also) so i can have a nice level area.

Thanks all!

Hard to get good info or products at box stores. Check around for a good contractor supply house in your area. Explain what your doing and they should know which products they have that will work well.
Generally speaking you may need to fill in layers.
There is a variety of bonding agents, often times latex products that will help bond the layers together.
Existing surfaces need to be clean, clean, clean.

Others on the site will probably have better info for you. Give them some time to see the post

Thanks Redland, hope more people can chime in on what I can do. In my province there is not a lot of shops left to goto, because of our oil crash and now this virus.
