Rich the work looks good.

But, your not worried about waterproofing the screws or taping the joints prior to waterproofing? (It appears the back corners didn't even get waterproofing)

I addressed what you stated to this contractor several years back....and his reply was it's denshield etc,and doesn't need waterproofing etc. I did waterproof the Very Rough/hacked exposed edges of the denshield, and where sheetrock hackers did a patch in the denshield.

The pans aren't even waterproofed again, stated to contractor in past what happens etc with depressed slabs/pans with no pre-slope or waterproofing....mold/mildew pockets etc and again he states not needed for "florida" code. He and plumber more worried about 2" drop of drain to finish, elevation. Go figure. This is also 1st floor/slab elevations. 2nd story or higher,in FL,code was passed about ten years ago regarding preslope under liner/waterproofing etc.

Sadly, with most here,it's a losing battle, discussing proper procedures etc....as most will look for the person/company to do it their way.

LT...I didn't purchase/order materials,GC did. I only gave GC footages required.

Here's what I have visually of product...

Started a floor Wed. in Morgantown PA. Started the tile on Friday,
Crossville 18" Alamo Ecocycle Americana. Customer had a second floor leak on a valve while they were away so it went down and destroyed their kitchen. All the cabs out. Pulled out the linoleum and luan put down ditra. Only one spot in the subfloor had water damage so we pieced in new plywood. And of course with the cold weather we are set up inside
