Software for designing tile floor?

Is there a good software program that allows one to lay out a design for a tile floor?
I found the tile estimator linked to this site:

and I found a free CAD program on the Iris Ceramica site

this forum does not allow url addresses, or I would post them. But you can find the Iris site by googling Iris ceramica easycad

This is in Italian, and though I read Italian pretty well, I found it difficult to use.

I want something where I can lay out a design, with variable borders, dots, tile sizes, maybe even colors. I want to be able to hand a print out to the tile guy and show him just what I want.

I welcome your suggestions.

I use a simple CAD program called Deltacad. A program like this will allow you to draw your exact tile size and desired grout widths to determine your layout and borders. You can lay any floor in a matter of minutes once you draw in your perimeters and fixtures. Use different layers for your tile and your other stuff.

All you have to do around here is type or paste a www address and it will show up as a link. A link to the Liberry pasted look like this:
