Remove stain from Absolute Black Leather Granite

Hi guys... i recently had Absolute Black Leather Granite installed in my kitchen. To my understanding it was sealed. I have the attached ring stains on the counter top. I think they are from egg whites.

I tried to clean with soap and water, granite cleaner and StoneTech Revitalizer Cleaner and Protector for natural stone and its still there. Ive reached out to the stone provider and i am waiting to hear back.

Any recommendations on (1) how to remove (2) and how to avoid moving forward?

Thanks for everyones help in advance!

Personally I wouldn'thave sealed this stone unless it was enhanced, it's quite dense but opinions can vary .Get some 000 and 0 steel wool and try and buff it out.

This isnt that uncommon, sometimes it's a combo of sealer that is still on the surface and the egg white in this case. I've had complaints of sweating glasses on marble leaving rings.

Welcome to the forum, Gary.

1. Find out what sealer was used.
2. Find out how it was applied, exactly. For instance, was the sealer applied and allowed to air dry? Or was it applied, allowed to dwell for 5 minutes, then polished with a rag until the stone was 100% dry? Or...?

Thanks, Jeff and others. I have the granite company coming Wednesday. I will let you know what I can find with respect to it being sealed.
