It's not a bad idea to self level the whole bathroom so when the tub is installed it's installed on a level surface.

Ardex Liquid Backer Board and Custom Leveltech WSF can both be used over wood flooring without metal lath reinforcement. Ardex can be installed over OSB and you'll have to verify that with WSF.

Ditra Heat can then be installed over that.
