Nice work Brian. Those big polished tiles sure make an impression - guests at their parties sure are gonna ooh & aah.

What soundproofing did you use?

So far so good with their guests. They said they all love it.

The soundproofing was 1/4" cork as per the association.

Amazing job

Brian, that Tarsus Grey tile really pops next to those dark cabinets. I was thinking about using a Home Depot tile for my next project but now it looks like I'll have to order some Tarsus Gray site unseen. Great work and thanks.

Here is a backsplash installation I did in New Tampa, Florida using a Porcelanosa 12x35 "Glass Acido" tile.
Used the MLT to help keep the joints tight and flat even though it was a small project.
Customer purchased the special Butech "colorstuck" matching Acid un-sanded grout for a seamless look.

Backsplash I did a few weeks ago....shows in cuts,or lack of cuts, out of level cabinets in one area, and I believe a DIYer was experiencing same issue.

Very nice Rich. I coulda done without all that pencil too.

and electricians just love to push those lights back against the wall when we tile. They're better out at the cab edge, but harder to install so it's like pulling teeth to get them to do it.
