Wow John, you can get paid for floating mud walls? No one wants to pay for that up here in the Northeast anymore.

Yeah, you lost me at mud walls too. My back actually vetoed that for me.

From what I gather, SA is booming as much or almost as much as Austin. Everyone's working, so finding qualified people is gonna be tough. I'm sure you'll find a good fit in time though.

Mud Walls

Mud walls on the larger homes gives us an edge. Some of these showers we work on, you have a difficult time using a cement board. It is a continual education process to the buyer. Yes Brad things are pretty robust here, contributing to everyone working and very few people looking. We will find the right person. I have had to contribute more myself. I will have to knock off the rust on some of my tools....when i find them.
