Hi, for those who dont know me I work in Marketing for Target/Felker. Just chking to see if we are spending our advertising dollar well. Also, when you read them do you look at the ads? Do they influence you at all?

Well I don't see anything in NTCA's "Tile Letter". Great little magazine I think one of the best.

I also don't see any saw ads in "Stone", there is however a 1/3 page in Stone for polishing pads and shaping tools (Felker) and there's a picture of something on four legs that I have no idea what it is. What is it? The website www.felkersaws.com is mentioned though.

And yes I always read and look at the ads, it's the only way to stay up with new items and market trends.

Ditto on the "Tile Letter"
Of course we read the ads. Every tileman I know is a tool junkie.

Bud,

That 4 legged device is called the FS Bench. It is a tool, designed by a tile contractor actually, used to quickly and acurately profile granite and marble tile. It is a real time saver. Comes in 3 sizes, 4,6, and 8 feet. you can see it at http://www.felkersaws.com/new_FS_BENCH.shtml . Commercial done. If anyone is interested I can email PDF flyer on the product.

My last issue of Journal of Light Construction just arrived…I’m done with that mag. Too many ads not enough information for the money. Besides who needs trade mags when you have a world of information (John Bridge.com) right here at your finger tips.
