Saltillo Tile Sealer Issue

We just installed a beautiful Saltillo floor in dining and kitchen. The tile came presealed from Rustico Tile Co. we purchased a very expensive high gloss nano sealer with a paint bad and did everything as instructed. A few weeks later we now have bizarre bubbles some small
Some large. The large ones look like it’s the tile? The small
Ones look
Like we sealed over dirt. I assure you we cleaned floor with water before sealing.
We have asked the tile company and they really don’t know why this has happened.

Welcome, Carol.

How long after installation did you do the sealing?

How long after washing with water did you do the sealing?

Did the seller offer to have someone come look at your problem given that they sold you the pre-sealed tile and the sealer to use after installation?

What are the short black lines in the 2nd and 3rd picture? Is that something under or on top of the sealer or is it on your lens?

I think the bumps are in the tile. Saltillo is made outdoors, sometimes on the ground. The work conditions aren't very clean.

Tile sealer issue

Thank you for the 2 replies.
Black lines are just the photo not on the floor.
As for looking at the tile the people who sold
Me the sealer are in Texas and I am in Seattle.
Rustico Tile is where I bought the tile and the terranova sealer. I think I just need to lightly sand a couple of the tiles and reseal.
I am also getting used to the look and will just deal with it.
Again thank you for the 2 responses!
