Is my ceramic tile glazed or unglazed?

It's a very light flat(non glossy and no sheen) ceramic tile.

To see a picture of the tile, looking in the cleaning session for the thread:
"Best sealer for very light non glazed ceramic tile and grout..." several threads down.

I'd post a link, but I'm not a allow to yet.

What does glazed mean? Now that I think about it, I'll bet it has nothing to do with sheen but whether there is a layer that that is painted onto the ceramic and fired that way. Indeed, the color of the tile under this white layer is an off white almost orange yellow color which you can see if the surface has been chipped or from the underside(have about 20 new tiles as spares that were never used).

Assuming this is the case, is this glazed layer porus, non porus, or does it depend entirely on the tile?
