Picking a pattern for odd sized tile

Hi all, I have a customer who changed the tile choice at the last minute and ended up with a slightly off size. The pattern that was the goal was something like this:

(And…)

unfortunately, the white tiles are too small and the pattern is thrown off:

Anyone have some bright ideas before I go and re-cut all the black tiles?

Thanks!

Sorry. Tiles manufactured for patterns like that are made to specific sizes just for those patterns. Use different tiles or joint sizes, as you know, and it throws everything off.

If the owner changed the tile, then you'll need to change the install price IMO.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I see a lot of cutting in my near future, the difference is just too big to take care of with grout lines (~3/8").

It'll certainly change the price of the job though.
