I fail to see the wisdom of having people stand in line in close proximity to each other, in the wind, where it can blow their respiratory expulsions into your face. I was in Menards on Saturday, and the wait to get in wasn't too long, but still. Also, the worst offenders of the "six foot rule" seem to be the employees.

Lowes here was about an hour wait to checkout on Saturday, helper and I left a quick bathroom floor and he went to buy some tools. Said it was the busiest he's ever seen it. More than Black Friday. With Lowes and Walmart being the big players in this town it's almost the only two stores you can go inside at the moment.

I do not see social distancing at any level in my area, I see everyone sanitizing everything though. I've heard a cough a couple aisles over, but no sneezes yet in public. The things you notice when you're on alert to notice them.

A guy coughed about 8 ft from me in Menards. I held my breath as long as I could, then bailed, lol.

Speaking of Menards, they have taken it on step further. They now require that you wear a mask to enter the building. Now that's all well and good but do they give you one so you spend money there? Nope, they offer to sell you one for a dollar. Off to home Depot I went.
