My old neighbor is a funeral director. Everytime we would go somewhere he would say "see that house, picked up a body there once". Every. Single. Time.

My dad was a ready mix driver and he would always tell me I got money in this building or that one. He would throw pennies of the year that they were pouring in the mix as it was coming out of the truck
