Assuming a square room that is 245 square feet with one side 3" lower than the other (~31 cubic feet) and about 0.67 cubic feet per 50lb bag (65sqft at 1/8" depth), you'll need about 50 bags. That's 2500 lbs your floor will need to support - concentrated on one side. Just the raw leveler will probably cost $2500. I've got to think there is a better solution.
