What is the best tile lippage system for the money?

I've loooked through a bunch of different thread about lippage systems, but which is the best for the money. The only version I've used is the Tuscan Seamclips.

If they work they are all good. I prefer the MLT these days.

I just used the rubi system with the straps, cups, and mechanical racket gun. I liked it but there is a but. It seemed to push the tile apart a little bit. Had to keep an eye on it.

For the money, the cheap QEP lash system. I flatten mine out using the heat gun trick I saw on here.

I just wonder, if subfloor is not flat - do you guys just install CBU, Ditra etc. over it, use lippage system and that's it?

A lippage tuning system does not replace prep or installer skill.

It is just another tool to make a difficult job a little easier.

Though there is no definitive way to answer this question, the question is actually in the minds of many.

MLTSystem delivers the HIGHEST LEVEL of PERFORMANCE- Hands Down!!

What level of performance suits you?
How often do you require the use of high level performance tools?

There are other Benefit to Cost Factors to consider when analyzing the systems as well, to name a few of the important ones from my perspective:

Safety(for the person using it and the material they use it on), Product Support/Customer Service, Ergonomics(if used regularly), Potential Problematic Installation Issues with the product, if any, and Environmental Impact of manufacturing and consuming the product(waste).

I feel it really breaks down to what level of performance do you want to buy and what do you justify spending, to suit your needs.
