How to clean hard water stains /rust off flexcolor cq

Here’s the bathroom I did three years ago. Tenant sent me picture of the shower today with hard water stains everywhere. How would you clean this?

I would start with a neutral cleaner, which is available at the Home Depot and at Lowes.

Is your floor tile man-made or a natural stone? If it’s natural stone, you’ll want to avoid using the Bar Keepers Friend, as contains oxalic acid…and is likely to degrade the stone.
