Check out this tile and grout cleaning in Hartford, CT

Here's a great before and after of a tile and grout cleaning job in Hartford, CT. We ended up sealing the grout also to prevent any buildup over the years!

Beautiful restorations!

I just wanted to commend you all for your work! Our landscaping company also does exterior title and grout primarily for deck and patio applications. We're actually looking to expand on this side of the business as well as offer interior tile and grout cleaning and sealing. Looking forward to connecting with everyone moving forward and learning as much as we can!

Lot of patience and attention to detail in this thread!

Any recommendations for purchasing or renting a concrete polishing machine/system for the DIY'er? I'm looking to polish the basement floor (7-800sqft) at some point in the near future (uncoated, fairly smooth, trowel finish) and have received quotes of $3k+ or $5k+ if I throw in the garage. Seems pricey for something I can do myself, albeit not as good as the pros here, over a few weekends.

I've never polished a floor but I think you'll find the floor machines quite expensive if you aren't planning to start a business. You might find someone going out of business that would sell their tools. I have no idea what the rental would cost.

Yeah they're very expensive... $5k without resin pads and blades for something like a werkmaster. Didn't know if there were other good brands or products out there in the <$3k range.
