Thanks for all the pointers guys

I'm going to look more into the pickle juice and others suggested. Between stress and maybe my coffee intake that might also play part.
Tool guy-kg I think with all these upstairs bath remodels my calves are probably in decent shape

Pickle Juice. Really!

My favorite night cramps are Sartorius and Gracillis (inner thigh area).

My doctor said give it a try and it'll be "Gone in 60 seconds." He was right - 60 to 90 seconds is the norm. As an experiment, glutton for punishment I have held out for 4-5 minutes at times to see how long they will last. Cant stand it any longer and a few sips on my favorite Chill Dill pickle juice and I start counting. By 90 seconds its gone almost every time.

Did a bit of research and cant believe the skepticism. Doctors and labs say there is no proof, but pro and college football teams keep it on the sidelines and swear by it.

Guess you need to be a believer first. Believe it, then you'll see it.

my fix

Bananas. I get them all the time, especially when I drink a little extra. A banana before bed is a miracle cure. Calcium and zinc seem to help too.

I sometimes do a little cinnamon on my cottage cheese too - works for me
