Removing Pet Odors

Have about 1,800 sf of Saltillo tile in home purchased one year ago. It was explained that the Saltillo tile was to be sealed yearly and had been sealed in June 2018. We would like to clean and reseal but a . . . .
Pet stains from new pup. These obviously were cleaned up when spotted, but a urine odor seems to have been retained within the tile itself. We have washed with soap and water. We have puddled vinegar in the areas thinking it would percolate into the tile and neutralize odor. Some luck, but not good enough. All suggestions - - products, techniques, etc. appreciated.

Generally an enzymatic cleaner (Nature's Miracle is one brand, but there are others) is your best bet for urine odor. Unfortunately, using other methods first can set the odor in in a way that blocks the enzymatic cleaner from working. It's still worth trying, though.
