mud shower pan and normal concrete shrinking

So my pan has dried for a few weeks now (been working on other projects) and I noticed the mud has shrank a bit leaving a hairline space at the top where the pan meets the cbu... tiny, tiny, tiny, space but I can tell it is there.

I'm ready to tile... should I worry about trying to cover this? I know that chaulk/sealant goes in these areas after tiling is completed.

thanks,

Colin

I wouldn't worry about it. You can fill it with thinset when you set the tile on the final bed
