Unhappy scratched tile with grout saw

I was cleaning out my grout with my grout saw and this is in my bathroom tub surround. I have 6x8 tile in a brick design and it is on my side wall, about two tiles in from outside wall and at 3 tiles up from tub. Didn't go real deep but if you are in the tub and look you can see it. I was just wandering instead of taking the tile out can you use something to maybe polish it out, just curious

If it's a gloss tile you may be able to hide a little scratch with wax (like turtle wax or carnauba) but it won't last long.

Nail polish or porcelain touch up would last longer but may look worse than it does now.
