Seems the onlinest way to get to talk to some folks at those events is to play pasture pool and I ain't going there. Spent a good deal of my youth carrying other peoples golf sticks around the course to ever wanna take the game seriously myownself.

Did manage to spend some time with some folks I needed to see and met some new faces, but some others hadn't yet arrived before I left.

Learned some things, as always, some good, some not so much.

Like you, golf is not a game I will ever take serious, though I do enjoy it.

Off to the table top event to get some MLT stuff.

As you can see I saw Henry, met with Jon Don a lot. I saw CX a couple of times, met Mick and Ernie, really nice guys. No golf for me promised I would take Emily shopping for tagging along with me. Had good talk with Jon Cox, and others in a couple of NTCA meetings.

Mmmm, I was thinkin' Doctor Henry in that outfit.

Yeah, seems I ran into Gary and Mrs. Gary pretty regularly, but ol' JonDon knows how to avoid you if he's of a mind to.

Re: Photo of CX lookin' like he's doin' some serious ponderin'.

I'm thinkin' that there wazza whole gaggle of them little trinkets in bikinis goin' back and forth twix the pool and somethin' else and alla time passin' right by our outdoor table where we was solvin' the problems of the world. And I'm thinkin' CX was thinkin' that them things was really interesting, but he was studiously tryin' to remember just why that was.

Gary, did Henry hypnotize you look at those eyes....

My summary of TSP in Bonita Springs...... Great event, first one I been too since 2008. Lot of really good information here and people. I am at a loss though for CX taking off so fast

Table top event was fun as expected. Notables I met from this forum who I had not met previously:
James Woelfel(Artcraft Granite Marble & Tile)
Steve Rausch(USG)
Eric Edelmayer(Noble Company)
Mick Volponi(MLT)
Ernie Els(MLT)

As for meetings I attended these stood out: ACT, thin tiles, and last one by Art Mintie on barrier free showers.... he is well spoken. Brings up a lot of things I didn't think a before but then I haven't done that many. The need for barrier free showers will continue to increase, linear drains are ideal for that application so....... With that need increasing will the cost decrease? Great discussion on the subject.

I will admit I didn't know many people going into this event but I met a lot. Would I attend next year in San Antonio, certainly.
