he actually made his own water holder from a piece of plexi and cored all holes with a grinder and core bit. a couple did chip a bit, a little epoxy and we now call it a vein.

ok starting building tops today kerdi board would have been quicer than 2 layers of 3/4 side stacked and thinsettted then 1/2 hardi backer thinseted on top of that.......but i cheat and use crown staples to hold it together
best part is i got to get the wife to help.....i was using the nail gun and she said should you be wearing shoes and glasses when you do that.............yikes now i know why she doesnt tag along
then she said wow my arm hurts from spreading thinset.....and then she said she needed a new purse after helping me for the day

tooo funny steve she came to help so I could shower and take her to LOUIS VUITTON...........and dude 700 is a wallet and the purse is prob 1800.........so yeah call me whipped.............but I told her if she ever wanted a loui i would buy her one the day she came and helped me at work...............well put my foot in my mouth...............good thing i signed 3 huge contracts that start in a week. a 900 ft travertine job at 12 a foot

Opie that's gotta be labor and materials at $12 a ft. No way is FL getting $12 a ft for labor. Even mud set I've seen there or $3 a ft.

its 12 a foot for rough material no travertine..........that also includes the base board dude.yes I got 12 a foot for it...but its also the one i have to scrub each peice...so there is alot of variables ya dont see...........and a 3x5 shower stall in that same job i got 2500 just for the labor portion plus material.............
