Yes I know I am just being picky about the tile floor being level with the hall.
As far as the unsupported span - Lets see if this makes sense - When you open the bath door and look down the joist are resting on a crossing 4 " X 8" beam and the other end of the joist opposite the door are resting on the sill plate. So I guess that means they are unsupported for about 4.5 feet?
