Howdy and Good Morning!
I just did my first spectralock grouting last night for a small entryway in our basement/Den. I did not want to use tile trim, as I like the look of direct tile/carpet contact. I was planning on putting some clear caulk under the "lip" of the tiles next to the sliding glass door to prevent any moisture underneath. Should I do the same around the edges of the tiles that will be butted up to the carpet, or does it matter? I have posted a pickie---Sorry it is a little dark....I started grouting at 9:00pm.....and finished the washes at 11. MUCH easier than regular grout....I was shocked.
If I do not caulk all the way around, do I need to finish the edge with anything at all before the carpetman gets here? Thank you!
Miss Amy
