Color of caulk is personal choice, but I'd vote to match the grout color. If you do, be sure to mask off the tub the best you can to get a nice even bead. A spray bottle with denatured alcohol works wonders as you tool the silicone. Depending on the depth of the joint, backer rod would be ideal, but with such a narrow joint you'll have a tough time. Some have used window screen spline to act as a backer rod with good success on those narrow joints.

Also...that's gonna be one hell of a toilet there! Gonna need a ladder to get on that bad boy!
