So I talked to the guy that did it and he said he wasn't super pleased with this work either and if we wanted he was willing to redo the whole thing for no extra cost (which I really appreciate). I would be eating about $500 in materials but I am thinking about having him do it so it's done correctly. I'm now just wondering if I should pay him extra to redo it because he has put about 20 hours into the job so far and don't want to take away from all the work he's done.
