Insulation on interior wall behind Kerdi?

We are getting ready to hang the drywall for our new shower/bathroom. We are making a 48x48 shower with the full Kerdi system (pan and all). One of the walls is common to the master bedroom and while the plumbing isn't running through that wall, I am wondering if adding some insulation in that wall cavity could help with noise in the bedroom while someone is showering.

Am I introducing moisture concerns if I add bat-type insulation between those two interior walls, knowing that a Kerdi shower sits on one side? Would insulation even help with noise? I suppose a second layer of drywall might have been more effective for noise issues, however, I cannot add that now due to the framing I've already done.

Thanks!
