gotcha. yeah I think it was wedi board. out of curiousity, in the event that an shower that an installer did for a customer fails . . what usually happens? does an installer come back out to evaluate? In what way are they responsible I guess? The guy I talked too seemed to be taking a lot of the burden on himself, which is fine, I just wasn't sure how to advise him. I mean I know what happens when our installers mess something up but not quite sure whats normal in the non big box world
