Drywall, kept dry, can't mold or rot, either, Charlie, and it's easy to cut with a utility knife. The foam
may be a bit easier to install - or not, when you consider the need for special fasteners and extra care in fastening.
Different strokes, but I don't see the foam boards taking over the industry just yet.
My opinion; worth price charged.
