You could use it for grout removal, (not the attachment you posted, but just a regular diamond blade), but the dust would be awful and you'd be lucky not to inadvertently cut into the edge of a tile.

The demo hammer and chisel sends little pieces flying everywhere, and there is some dust, but nothing like the dust from a cup wheel.

The vac attachment does help, though. But it doesn't get 100% of the dust.
