That's an either/or proposition, Dan. You can use a moisture barrier behind the CBU or a direct bonded waterproofing membrane on the face of the CBU, but not both. The areas around a niche are an exception where a trade-off is necessary if you want to use the moisture barrier and still have a niche.
But that same trade-off won't work at the tub/wall joint you have there. You've poked holes in your moisture barrier where you really don't want some and you've got exposed fastener heads that need to be of a corrosion-resistant finish the same as your other CBU fasteners.
Wish you hadn't done that.
