Tile trim question

Hit a self made impasse.

Two more questions as usual.

#1 Using 4x4 tiles inside the shower. They have the built-on wedgies but real small. Can't see any grout fitting there so I need spacer...

Okay - think I have everything now in-house to get moving full steam.

Size is small again - about 3' sq shower stall, on concrete (basement). I have a question yet again of thickness of pre-slope....
