Just curious if any of you have come to the conclusion that the Kerdi install process takes a bit too long and have resorted to buying the tray, curb & drain and using Hydroban, Aquadefense etc......

The membrane is spec'd as a waterproofing only. The plans actually spec out Merkrete Hydro-Guard 2000 w/fabric, a product I have not used yet....
