Yes the patio stones on a compacted stone dust would work. That at least allows some drainage. Probably still need beams or a floor kit under the building. Lots of options and a person has to work...

If I had the choices you have listed I would use a urethane caulk. They can be a bit slow to cure (dry) but would probably work well. I would not like something that gets hard and brittle as a glue....

Would think any of the main line brands such as Fein, Dewalt, Milwaukee, Bosch would work fine. Corded might be best if its being ran for long periods of time. I would avoid the box store brands...
