I just did my first spectralock grouting last night for a small entryway in our basement/Den. I did not want to use tile trim, as I like the look of direct tile/carpet...

OR, i could use that Spectralock epoxy grout that never needs to be sealed after I install my color enhanced and sealed chinese slate. Anyone done this before? Grout gun?

My hubby and I had talked about cutting the slate in half, and trimming the walls with it (where the wall meets the floor, like a baseboard) but it just dawned on me that I can't just stick the slate...
