FYI this is in a shower walls have 12" tiles floor has 4" tiles same...

I'm totally confused after searching, do you let it breathe or seal it. Grout is Mapei keracolor S sanded with polymer 1/8 spacing supporting 12" tiles.

actually the picture above does not have any cracks, that is just half of the space that had linoleum, it also use to have a wall with a pocket door ...
