Use any non sanded grout with a smidge more water than the mix calls for along with a good rubber float to act more as a squeegee than a float.

Be sure to seal these before grouting.

This is why we like to handle a tile before we bid a job. Not all tiles are made as well as each other. This may just be the inherent flaws in the tile. Keep trying until something works....
