Where is the tile from? That looks like some nano wax problems I have seen.

Something that is acid etched looks like a pineapple. That looks more like mineral deposits from watermarks.

Don't let them do it. Any failure will be well beyond the warranty period. There is plenty of documentation out there about the ills of spot bonding.
