Shower drain retro fit or insert or ideas

Have an existing shower 3' x 4', small mosaic floor tile, has a 3" typical round drain, into pvc (2") want to add new tile, does anyone know of a drain that would insert into the existing drain, or...

the vinyl liner installed, then the cbb was brought to about an inch off the bottom, think the weep holes were not plugged prior to pour and no pre slope
before liner, done this many times and never...

vapor barrier yes, over lap yes, have to check with my guy and make sure it was
customblend, preslope under liner, don't think so, weep holes clear on clamping drain
maybe not!

working on a bathroom ( 6 x 8) (2) exterior walls made with block are under grade level about 4ft. should we install a vapor barrier on both walls. The walls will receive drywall. primer and paint....

to reply to cx.... i would never consider using drywall in the shower you
are living in the stone age. I would use Cement backerboard and after taping the seams I would apply red gaurd water...

have a half bath, 3 walls, is it a good idea to draw a line in the center of the wall and tile out from there and have cut pcs at each corner? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
