What is meant by "Equipped with STONETECH® Sealer Technology"? It seems to imply some sort of built in sealer.

I'm not sure soaking up sealer necessarily...

I'm not sure soaking up sealer necessarily translates into, not stain resistant. I'd like to hear Laticrete weigh in on this.

I suspect it has to do with packaging costs and demand. If they do eventually offer individual packs, I doubt they'll be three bucks. ;)

I wish regular permacolor were still an option for me, but my supplier is phasing it out.
