I believe there were pictures on here a few months ago of broken 12x24 glass tiles, due to changing temperatures. I would be very leery of this job. Some are not worth getting involved with.

I have been told by reps that Epoxy grout is not the best choice for steamers. When epoxy gets warm it could slump out of the joints.
I would use Laticrete Permacolor.
