epoxy grout commercial job question???

How are you commercial guys installing your epoxy grout???? Are you doing it all by hand or using buffers with the rubber paddles and scrub pads????what are you having the most success with ?????...

If it is so deep that the caulking will not find a backing, then i would stuff it with something like fiberglass insulation, or backer rod before i used the caulking.

Youre bond to the substrate will be the key in this install, correct trowell notch well cleaned floor and proper underlayment( if needed) i always prime my floors with these type of products as bond...
