I don't see mesh tape mentioned in RedGard's TDS, but...

Thanks to all who helped answer questions on this project. We grouted over the weekend with Laticrete Permacolor Select Mocha and are happy with the results.

Wow. Thanks so much for the advice. I'm going to stick with the select the. I've got ~200 square feet of tile with 3/16 grout spaces so, I should be able to use up at least one 12.5 bag.

That's my sense. If I keep it covered to prevent evaporation, stir it thoroughly before use and don't wait too long, it seems logical that it would be fine. But, I'm not a chemist.
