Large format tiles

Got into bother with porcelanosa 39.,5"x12" wall tiles.Designer specced running bond so soft ass just went for it.Ran into lippage problems due to the fact the tiles had a bow in them!Ended up...

Sheet marble mosaic on ceiling

I'm a little stuck on how to handle this,it's a pitched ceiling in a steam shower,was thinking of skimming the backs, I'm concerned about adhesion.

hi,been a while!
architect specs 2"mud bed with radiant heat.i say wire lath,he says no need as the compression of a 2" bed should suffice.i'm a little bit concerned here .i'm bidding on this job...
